International concepts velvet pencil skirt

Gently used. It does have some markings where the skirt hangar was impressed on it. Could be an issue if worn tucked in. Idk if it will iron out. Fully lined and 5 inch split. Working zipper. Pictures don’t do it justice. Velvet!
