International concepts (INC) ruffle dress jacket

extra small but would definitely fit a small and possibly a medium it has really beautiful details and is great for any occasion Does have a clasp inside the front flap to close the jacket The lining and the pleaded back make your bottom look great LOL the hidden buttons make it super easy to close discreetly and the inside feels like silk It flatters the waist line and is nice and formfitting It looks really bright yellow in these pictures but it really isn't that crazy in person
