International Concepts (I.N.C) Metallic Heel Leather Upper Pulp size 8

I.N.C Metallic Heel on Leather (suede) upper heel, size 8. Worn once so in excellent condition! Heel pads have been removed and you can see where they were placed (see photo), very small scratch on one of the heels but not noticeable at all when worn. Very comfortable and cute shoes! Approx 4” heel.
