'Intermission' Clingy Cocktail Dress 8

Low cut bodice is decorated with wispy flowers. The rest of the dress is ruched and tiered. The tag says 8, but I've listed it as a 4-6. Easy care, wash on gentle, dry on delicates. Great shape!
