Interesting green and brown, trimmed in leather clutch/wristlet with Lock no key

This is an interesting clutch. I believe it’s suede or leather on the inside. There’s a lock that I do not have the key for it says made in Spain, RD Gomez Malaga In see there is some peeling under the Olive material part doesn’t look like it with used but stored for a while.
