Intarsia Knit Dress - sold out everywhere! EUC!

This spectacular dress is my favorite- it is sold out everywhere and is just too big for me now (it is stretchy and would best fit a US 10/12). Would happily trade for this dress in a Small, but I’ve been looking for years and can’t find another. In excellent used condition, worn only a few times.
