fabnikita I have a 26-27 inch waist, about 37" around widest part of outer of thigh. What size do you recommend. Also what is the fabric composed of? Thanks.

yaydesigns @fabnikita i am truly sorry for the inconvenience but the skirt in black size S was damaged and we are completely out of stock now. I have red, burgundy or dark teal available in size S as my last pieces. Please advise if you are interested in any of those colors so we can ship today. If not. I will refund the order back to you.
