Insight size 8 skirt, off-white, with accent stitching

Long trumphet or gored skirt with accent colored machine stitching lines outside. Waist is 15.5 across front approximately. Dry cleaned. Cleaners had note had some stains they could not remove. I’m hoping I spotted them, these are what I see, around waistband and on one near bottom see photos. Cleaners cost plus Poshmark’s fee is in the cost. Pre-worn condition
