This is an Innocent World Angel Rose Birdcage Skirt in pink color way, purchased from Japanese clothing reseller Closet Child. Old school style elegant gothic Lolita skirt released 2008. Very beautiful and hard to find print. No size listed but I would estimate Japan size S or us size XS. Has a few inches of elastic in the waistband but not much stretch.
