Vintage ruched black velvet clutch from Ingber. Made in U.S.A. Gold satin lining with coordinating attached satin change purse. Kisslock clasp on goldtone frame. Frame folds over to lay flat. Excellent used condition. No stains, holes, or crushed velvet. Slight patina to hardware on purse and change purse as pictured. Measurements in photos.
