Inflatable, punching bag

The base should be filled with water or sand to keep it stable; the top part filled with air via pump, or some other means to put air in with a compressor or whatever. I’ve never used it or put it together properly so I am not quite sure, but the instructions tell you what to do. Designed for children not adults.
