You can wear it with the piece in it that allows you to also be wearing your baby under the sweatshirt, you can wear it with the extra section in it if you need a bit more space in the sweatshirt while pregnant or postpartum, or you can wear it without any of the extra sections and it is just a normal hooded, zip-up sweatshirt!
