@thriftshop82 Hi! I’m 4”11 (5 with shoes lol) and I’m 112 and it fits me pretty good. The elastic at the waist helps make it smaller. Since you are about 100 I’m not too sure. It might not be a really tight fitting type of dress though...more of a comfortable one. Hope this helps 😃
