NWT. If you know Indigo Luna, you know. Their clothes are amazingly flattering and comfortable. Gorgeous blue. I bought one size up but it's too big. Never worn. It would cost $24 to ship from Australia so keep that in mind. They create in small batches so you can't be assured of the availability of any color/size combo. If this is right for you, grab it!
