Indigenous ethnic patterned pocketed vest

Vintage vest with wooden hook closures and pockets. Very unique, older piece with what appears to be a combination of South American, maybe Andean? Print? There are small human figures in the piping pattern and the Grecian infinity pattern along it’s edges. I never wore this but was in vintage condition upon purchase. Purchased in the Haight-Ashbury of San Francisco
