This item is new with tags. I purchased the skirt new, but realized as soon as I tried it on I realized I'm just not comfortable in mini skirts, anymore. Skirt is super cute. Length is 18 inches. Extremely soft and lightweight, but not to thin to make it see through. Flaw: As I said, skirt was purchased new. However, for what ever reason, the tags were not attached to the seams/tag as is normal. This cause three tiny holes in the front right of the skirt just below the waistband.
