I'm a little confused about the measurements for this sweater, the pit to pit is only 34"; but the silhouette of the sweater appears oversized; is it actually that small across the chest?

@dcgrah sorry for the delay in responding. I am away from my closet right now, but I know the pit-pit measurement is doubled to determine the bust measurement. The bust measures 68”.
