farysmiles @amyaliciahall hey sorry for late response. So I’m 38 as well and it fits perfectly. The measured chest is 23” and has about an inch on each side for adding adjustments. The work on the dress is hand work. I’m a size 14 and 5’5 and it fits perfectly. The waist is 22”. The dress is meant to be a flared dress so it has a very free form fitting, giving it lots of movement with walking. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask :)
