I got this beautiful embroidered dress at a thrift store in Virginia in the 90s, and it appeared pretty vintage back then! Based on the zipper and tag, I'm guessing it's from the 70s, but possibly earlier? It's in excellent condition. The embroidery is beautiful! Please note that this doesn't really stretch. But it does have these adorable ties - WITH TINY BELLS OMG - on each side of the waist that you can tie to tighten or leave loose like ribbons. Bell sleeves, elbow length, fitted waist, full skirt, hits me below the knee. I really hope to give this a second (third? fourth?) life!
