India boutique colorful wavy line ruffle halter dress

Beautiful dress by India Boutique. No size tag attached, measures approximately 12 inches across the chest but is super stretchy and easily stretches approximately 21 inches. Length wise it hits above my knee to mid thigh. Top is a tube top with attached beaded halter string that can be tied in a bow or knot. Bottom section has a ruffled look. All over pattern is colorful waves in blue, browns, oranges, and whites. Smoke free home.
