Incredible hand made floral maxi dress

This dress came to me from a friend who treasured it for years but no longer wore it, i wore it a couple times and felt like a fairy. It would also be cool as a skirt with a tee or sweater over it. 54 inches shoulder to hem (photo is on me, 5 foot 8), 16 inches across bust. Can’t tell what the fabric is but it has a beautiful drape, a little stretch, smooth not clingy, lightweight but not sheer. Hope this special piece finds someone to rock it.
