Inc denim regular fit distressed shorts with embroidery 12P

They are inc denim distressed regular fit shorts with an embroidered white rose. The waist laid flat is 18 inches, the inseam is 3 1/2 inches and the rise is 10 3/4 inches. There are 1 3/4 inch slits on the sides. I think the regular fit was when they were jeans and then the owner just cut them off.
