Inc International Concepts Faux Wrap Silky Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @dturner1962. Loved it, but I’ve recently realized that I no longer actually fit into a size 12 but I kept ordering them. This still has the plastic tag string without a tag connected. I think it is new but there is some fuzziness at the hemline and the waistline if you look closely. I’m trying to show that with the last picture but it doesn’t pick it up very well. Cute skirt. If it fit me, I would have worn it with a snug black shirt/body suit and possibly a blazer. Questions?
