Brand new, in its original bag. The plastic on the outside had gotten a stain on it. The costume is perfect, and unworn as photographed. Comes with the dress, head piece, sash and gloves. The elastic on one of the gloves of the hands does look like it has come loose on one side but that is the absolute only defect.
