Impressive Work Handmade 15" Topsy Turvy Rag Doll Heavy In Ruffled Dresses

Someone lovingly and skillfully worked many hours to create this doll. Heavy, brightly colored dresses with multiple rows of ruffles. The hair is of thick soft yarn and meticulously wrapped and sewn.  Measures 15" high and about 16" wide. From the 1970's. Very clean, does not appear to have been played with.  Non smoking home.
