Impressionist Painting Porta Venezia Milan Italy Gold Gilt Framed Artist Signed This impressionist painting is of Porta Venezia in Milan Italy. The scene looks turn of the century or just appears that way with the carriages. The canvas is quite old, maybe not quite antique- I cannot be sure if the exact age so I will call it vintage. You can tell with the nails on the side of the canvas, modern day canvas is stretched using staples. I added brackets to Better adhere painting to the frame. The artist signed on the back, however I cannot quite make the name out. Price includes the frame - It’s also framed in a stunning vintage (possibly antique) gold gilt frame. There is something signs of age on the wood gold gilt frame, but it’s just vintage charm. Please see photos for details. Although this frame is truly spectacular and the photos do not do it justice. This is a truly stunning work of art and perfect if you love art. This is a must for your collection. It would be perfect over a fireplace or a large living room or office wall.
