Impression Black Strapless Formal Dress

Pretty formal dress is in perfect condition but I know it had to have been altered, because it won’t zip on my mannequin, which is size 4ish. My daughter and I agree it’s likely a 0, so I’m listing as such. Very attractive dress for a very tiny person. Smoke-free home.
