I’m way too short for this I’m 4’11

Size small unworn tag still on both the top and skirt. Bright white set the skirt goes all the way to the floor and is high waisted I feel it would look perfect on someone that’s 5’1 or 5’2 that way you would actually see skin in between the top and bottom as it shows rather than it looking like a dress the way it would on me. It’s really a bummer because the set is really pretty I’m just too short for it.
