You purchase my gorgeous WHBM necklace and earrings at a fantastic price, you receive the package and a back to an earring simply needs to be threaded through the earring but you open a complaint. I graciously offer to take the items back and just received your return, poorly packaged with NOTHING in the ziplock bag and the back to the earring is now missing. I have opened a complaint refusing the return and am blocking you from making any future purchases from my closet. Shane on you….
