mommom501 I have tremendous respect for you, Melissa! My life and body changed dramatically after menopause and it's not been a journey I want to retrace. However, I have a new plan and a new outlook for myself and I will begin in a couple of weeks. I want to THRIVE again and I am making a list of my reasons why. mmcglinchey @mommom501 it’s hard work, isn’t it?!?!? I’ve stalled significantly since the holidays...more so since Corona virus as I don’t seem to be able to escape eating my anxiety and emotions! But I am learning to be aware of it...not eat mindlessly...to forgive myself. I wish you the most of whatever you need to be successful!!!
