Maxi skirt with fold over waistband with ruched sides. In great lightly worn condition. Waist is 28”, cinched waistband area is 4.5” wide, and skirt measures 48” long from top of waist to hem of skirt. Some slight pilling around hip area but because of the heathered fabric, it's not very noticeable to the eye.
