If By the Sea Red A-line Dress

This gorgeous dress has fluttery off the shoulder sleeves, an elastic waistband with a tie to accentuate the waist, adjustable spaghetti straps, and a wrap dress style slit that makes this just the right amount of classy and sexy. Purchased at a small San Francisco boutique and worn once to a wedding. It just doesn't fit me right anymore and I'd love it to find a new home!
