carebear888 Hi @renea2 yes it is. Sorry I haven't got back to you yet. Things have been crazy since I got back from Boston. The material is 87% polyester 9%nylon and 4% spandex. It is a size 4 but could fit a size 6. It has never been worn. It is new without tags. I posted it wrong in the description. Let me know your thoughts. Hope this helps. :)
