Is the 21” measurement from end of arm inclusive of chest with both arms or just the chest? It would be very big if 21” is only from pit to pit. LMK

@frenchbullies I have the jacket in safe storage at the moment, so I can not get to it at the moment. I did however look up a EU size 40, equates to a US size 6/8. Hope this helps
