springcloset @mariadcperez I'm actually not sure, I'm a different size. I'll measure it for you when I get home. As for temperature, you could definitely wear this for that kind of weather but this is a regular wool coat so you might have to layer underneath. Also depends on your threshold for coldness. This is not for extreme temp like a down coat though.
