Ice blue NWT lace and sequin maxi gown

Brand new with tags - got it on final sale but it didn't fit right. There is a hook missing at the top back - pretty easy to add on and a steal for such a beautiful dress! Floor length, bodycon and a stunner with the sequins all over!
