marknelsonhome @donatellokicks i’m not sure exactly what that means. I purchased it new and I have the box and everything that came with it, but can you clarify on what papers means exactly?

marknelsonhome @donatellokicks I don’t think I have that and not sure that I got one? Maybe it’s hidden in the box somewhere? I looked and didn’t see it. But I have the box and the original receipt. I checked online and it sounds like IWC can verify it through records if I take it to a store.
