ITALO LAB BLUE SAPPHIRE & WHITE TOPAZ RING - Yellow Gold Plated over Sterling Silver. Sparkly White Topaz & Ultra Blue Lab Sapphires. Comes with original pouch & box. The ring was sold to me as a size 6. I never wore it as because it's a wide band, it fits like a size 5.5. See measurements in the photos.
