IT clown Halloween costume (S/M)

Everything you need to pull “IT” clown Halloween costume! This is custom made outfit. It comes with white tutu skirt spray painted gray to look dirty, white shirt with sawn in red puffs, also spray painted to look dirty, socks, clown gloves, clown collar and extra puffs to put on shoes (I will also include creepy clown teeth). You just need helium ballon and creepy makeup to complete the costume! It’s one size, but I would say it could fit the best adult medium.
