blunt1 @queenfish thanks it's just brand new it's $20 at Ulta and when I have a 20% off coupon with them I can use it with them and pick up in store that's all. I understand where you are coming from. Just not able to justify pay $16 plus $8 for shipping when I can get a brand new 1 for lower.
