ISO of this Rockaway Woodstock tote bag. I purchased one in November but it was either lost in mail or stolen. I am hoping to get a replacement. I did lose the money I spent on first bag . Poshmark didn't refund a shipping mistake so if anyone finds one please let me know. I really appreciate any assistance. I am very interested. thanks.. this is my unicorn 🦄🦄🦄

laurracquel Hi, you should dispute the charge with your bank if it was lost by USPS. I have a feeling the seller was shady because the same has happened to me and my bank credited me.

laurieahughes @laurracquel I did file with my credit card and USPS and Poshmark and since Nov 28 no one will help me. I am very upset about this loss.

laurieahughes I was told by another Poshmark ambassador that I could get a Poshmark credit for my refund for $441 that I never received. On Nov 28 Kaleel promised me a full refund for this missing or stolen package. Another Poshmark ambassador said same thing happened to her and she got a Poshmark credit. I like my refund or a Poshmark credit for my missing package. I have already filed compliants with USPS and my credit card. Please get my refund request for credit to a supervisor. darkntwisty Hi there again! The bag you are ISO is gorgeous. I haven’t seen that color in person. So you got 2 bags last year that got lost in the mail? The Brasi Brasi sequin bag AND a bed Stu? Wow. That’s terrible and what are the odds.. I know they aren’t Woodstock but the spring meadow rockaway and cadence pair I have are gorgeous and in the ballpark of the Woodstock. darkntwisty @hughes_laurie wow how terrible! So sorry! 3rd time the charm? 🥰 Some carriers like Fed Ex or ups will put someone on a list if there are multiple losses/ stolen items so the buyer has to pick it up to ensure they get it. However, One time I had generic meds mis delivered by ups. One solitary time and for like 2 years I had to sign for everything. I think maybe because over a certain value. 🤷🏼‍♀️ there was video it was never delivered but they didn’t care.

laurieahughes @darkntwisty yes I talked to the post office now almost all of my packages are up in the postal locker so I can get them. It's really awful when they go missing and I never get a refund. I also think more packages go missing around Christmas. the packages were stolen probably for Christmas presents. still very frustrated with Poshmark over this one.

darkntwisty @hughes_laurie I can imagine you are! I’m sure it’s of no consolation but eb@y can be the worst in those situations. I have got scammed by a couple fraudulent buyers as of late to the tune of about $1800 which I don’t have. They protect buyers over average Joe sellers, even if the buyer is obviously lying. It would make your blood boil.

andipie67 @twilaknight Hello! I’ve done a few and in my humble opinion, came out a bit nicer! I can pretty much do whatever customer wants me to do with color as long as the bag (or canvas as I like to call it), is appropriate and that usually means a black canvas that’s pebbled. Let me know if you’d like a custom bag and I’d be happy to work with you and make something that you’d absolutely love.
