Omg this happened to me! The “wait in line” timed out and I had to go back to the home screen losing my place in line and by the time I submitted payment (all within 3 min) half of my cart was sold out.

@lnn30 yea after i was texted the code for my pre logged info i typed it in and it loaded and then made me redo it with sending a diff code that’s probably what messed me up. What else was taken out of your cart?

@pupsandponytail mine was there after waiting in line for forever it was when i put in the pre logged info through the code it gives u it loaded and it didn’t put my info in so i had to have it send another code and i think that’s what messed me up

@francine48922 my husband tried to do it through p.p. On his phone and it sent him something too but then took him out of line. So I added stuff to my cart on my phone after and put in all my info manually and was able to place my order. She says they’ve only been doing this for two years , but the launches are a good source of money for her, you’d think they would perfect it by now!
