custom2it @hannahlovee email poshmark, tell them items were as described they will email u return label, that way u won't be charged. Cause shipping is $5 and trade label is $3..we can do trade label when u exchange and I send u items u want..

hannahlovee @custom2it this is what they said " Thank you for sending us the photos. As a courtesy, we've added $10 Posh Credits to your account for the inconvenience. Please note that this is a huge exception to our process, since a case was not opened and the payment was released to the seller (once this happens, a refund is no longer an option) " so im guessing they are saying its too late for a full refund.
