ISO - Black embroidered cold shoulder dress

Have you ever had an article of clothing go missing that you never quite forget? You search aimlessly through your house to no avail? Well, that’s this dress for me. I owned it years ago-bought it at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. I was able to wear it ONE TIME before completely losing track of if. If anyone has this dress I would loooove to take it off your hands.
