I was OBSESSED when I was younger and would splurge on specialty pieces of hers and actually when I graduated college I got a job and a dog and I named her betsey! (My maiden name is johnson so her full name is betsey johnson!) lololol yes I will find them and send you pics as soon as I have time this evening! They are in a dust bag too!!!

It's more of a teal blue color though so not sure since the one you posted is more of a gold/tan color. raingodess @evadivacutie I did have the one back in November and I held onto it for you but when you didn't answer I thought you were not interested anymore so I Listed it I originally listed it for $85 & it sold at the end of January for $75. When you reached out right after it sold I felt so sad because I know that you really wanted one since it was one of Betsey's favorite designs. I guess we will see if she answers the messages! I have helped a few gals on here find bags & I sell for exactly what I paid. I just believe we all have a responsibility to do what we can for other's! I've even purchased bags for a few gals that just didn't have the money at the time & saved the bags for them until they were able to buy them because these HTF bags sell so fast. My goal is to buy mostly her vintage pre Steve Madden bags, refurbish them, give them lots of love, & keep them out there being used & loved. I think they are the most unique, well made bags ever! I'm not a fan of the New, plastic ones because they fall apart quickly. I am going to sell all of those ASAP & focus on the Vintage Leather Bag's!

evadivacutie @raingodess oh for sure I can tell you her fave ones..She adored the leather line and she really had fun with the food shaped line she created right after Madden took over in 2014 and she designed them herself until 2018 I believe..she said it was the most fun she had designing a line in a while so I own all of them as I knew she loved designing them..She Carries this pouch like crossbody she made in the 90s and I’ve been trying to find it since I know that’s her absolute fave..

I know it wasn't her fault with what happened as it's an old as time story of big business taking over & destroying great ideas, other businesses like Betsey's! I only have a few of her newer bags because I am a fan of the early, genuine leather, vintage bags. I have over 200 of them but will be selling most of them in the next few months. If you have a photo of it or can describe it to me it would be helpful & even if I don't have it I am really good at finding her bags. evadivacutie @raingodess sorry I’m still battling a very long illness..Well with betsey she was great at design and not at biz so she trusted her “friend” to bail her out if debt but he (Steve Madden) instead bought her out and trade marked her name so she can never use it again! Never trust a criminal (he went to jail in the 90s if u remember) it’s heart breaking! Let me know what ur selling as I’m looking for her vintage leather bags
