IRWIN GARDEN (New York City) Silver Maxi Dress w Flowy Sleeves-Large

EUC No signs of wear. Could not find any information on this dress and there are no size tags or fabric content tags. I believe this is a NYC designer and this may be a sample. Measures like a large but please read measurements to determine fit. Dress is a maxi length with knee length side slits on the right side of the skirted area. Skirted area has flowy top panels on the front and back. Top has a deep v neckline, flowy sleeves and a stretchy waist. Measures approximately 20" pit to pit, 17" shoulder to waist, 18" across waist, and 60" shoulder to hem.
