IRO metallic plunge mini dress

This dress is gorgeous. It’s a shiny, almost metallic black but there is no hint of silver. It’s the PERFECT plunge neck as it really holds its place so there are no slips. When I bought this I thought I could alter it smaller to fit me but it’s too much of a project for me now. It’s never been worn and the tags are still on. It’s European size 42.
