IRO 34 dark blue dress

This is super cute flattering dress is in a beautiful, deep, dark ocean blue color. One of the photos shows a black dress draped next to it so that you could see the color. The last few photos, measuring the waist and bust also help you see the color. This dress is brand, new, never worn, but without tags. Unfortunately, it felt a little too short for me, and I never wore it.
