cemustang @dannasue48 I'm so very sorry for the delay! The bust tied in the back as viewed in the picture is 22". When I untie it, it's actually the same measurement as the back tie comes down to a V so there isn't as much of an expansion as I thought. It's a deep v so I always have worn it with a bralette. The waist is also the same measurement as the slip comes straight down. It's sheer and flowy so it looks like it tapers at the waist, but it doesn't. Hope this helps!!
