when i first bought this skirt it was the PERFECT length for me to really coze up and dissapear under the billow. it's thick and perfect for winter, bulky enough to wear tights or leggings underneath. I am 5'11 and after washing it it naturally shrunk a bit too much for me. would be perfect length for a shorter gal at this point. I AM SAD TO SEE THIS GO! someone give it a good home please! this has NEVER been in the drier. purchased in my fave boutique in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Hi Brandi! Ok, the length is 40" and the waist is 29" but it can stretch. you can wear low on hips or high waisted its so comfortable.
